I’ve always loved those swirly shapes and colours floating on the road although we tend now to think first about the pollution which is a pity. Maybe someone should make photographs !
I never seem to have a camera or a phone (these days) on me when the oil is doing its swirling thing. It is amazing. All the colors are there! Even indigo…..which is just fun to say 🙂
It is a while since I saw this phenomenon (another fun word) and maybe that is because we had a very dry summer or cars are cleaner than they were!

I thought so. It was fluid and together but not together. It looked like motor oil on the street after a rain.
